I can't see the code to link my headset.

 

This may be due to several reasons:

 

  • If you see a blue screen with bubbles but not the squares with the necessary information this may be because the view of your headset is not centered, try the following link: Center view of Pico. - Help
  • If you see a box above the code box with the word 'Updating' it is because Amelia has initiated an update, try the following link: How do I update Amelia? - Help
  • If you see a square or message saying that the therapist is preparing your treatment or scene, maybe you have a session opened and paired with the device on another computer. Log out from there.

 

When you see the message Please wait. The therapist is preparing a session for you:

  • If your patient sees this message on the device, it is because the device is already paired to the platform, and you are now able to choose an environment and launch the session.
  • If you turn on the device, and you do not see the pairing code, but instead you see this message, it is because the device is paired and ready to be used!

If you wish to unpair the device you can click on the "X" symbol over the pairing box.

In the smartphone app, you can also log out from the account to unpair the device with the platform. Just click on your profile icon, and then choose log out.
