It is all white or blank on platform

If when you enter the platform you see everything blank this can be caused by having the auto translator activated.

Please turn it off and verify that the problem has been solved, if it continues to be blank, try refreshing the page (F5).

If after trying this, the problem persists, try to access it with an incognito/private window (CTRL + Shift + N).
