I can't link the headset to the platform. It does not accept the code.

  • When entering the code from the VR headset in the Amelia platform you need to make sure that you enter the letters in LOWERCASE.
  • If you are entering the 4 digit code correctly, exactly as shown in the headset, and you are still unable to pair the device, then restart the headset by long-pressing (for at least 5 seconds) the power button to fully power down and restart to generate a new code. Try again with the new code that is generated.  

    7. I cant link the headset to the platform. It does not accept the code [EN]
  •  Make sure that your internet connection is working properly, or try using a hotspot to discard connection issues.
  • Also, make sure that your App has the latest updated version.
