How can I hear the same as the patient?

Amelia must be able to function on the largest number of computers and on slow internet connections,  that is the reason why your High-Quality Visor may be disabled.

If you want to listen to the audio the patient is listening to, we recommend that you activate the HQ Visor on the setting panels by clicking on your initials and going to the settings menu. If the HQ visor is currently disabled you will see a grey toggle switch, when you enable it, the switch will be blue.
